Our Story
Vaultix began with a shared concern: important details about a home can be missed when inspection and pest-related risks are considered separately. Founders Kyler and Spenser brought their distinct experience together to help buyers, sellers, and homeowners make more informed decisions.
How Vaultix began
Before Vaultix, the company operated as ProForce Home Inspections. Its story, as described by Vaultix, starts with Kyler’s hands-on experience in home construction and inspections and Spenser’s work in pest control. They saw a reason to bring those perspectives together: homes can have issues that are not obvious during a sale, including termite activity and related damage.
Their response was to build Vaultix around home inspections and termite-related services, giving clients a clearer way to understand the condition of a property. The goal is not to make a decision for someone, but to provide useful information for the decision they need to make.
Different experience, shared purpose
Kyler’s background includes years of hands-on work in home construction and inspections. Vaultix says that experience led him to become a licensed North Carolina home inspector, with firsthand awareness that newer homes can still have issues worth identifying.
Spenser is identified by Vaultix as the owner of ProForce Pest Control in Charlotte, with a focus on detecting termite damage and other structural risks. That pest-control perspective complements the company’s home-inspection work; it does not replace a careful assessment of the property as a whole.
Clarity over guesswork
A home inspection is most useful when the findings are understandable. Vaultix describes its approach as clear, neutral, and explanatory, with detailed reporting and one-on-one guidance. The purpose is to help clients understand observed conditions and what may merit attention, rather than leave them with a checklist they have to interpret alone.
That approach reflects the company’s stated emphasis on transparency, integrity, and putting clients first. The inspection is a source of information—not a promise that a home has no defects or a substitute for a buyer’s own decisions and due diligence.
