MORE THAN AN INSPECTION

WE HELP YOU
UNDERSTAND
THE HOME.

A home inspection should leave you with clarity, not a pile of questions. Vaultix looks carefully at the visible, accessible parts of a property, documents what matters and makes room for a real conversation about the findings.

Our background in construction and pest control informs how we see a home. We explain the difference between an immediate concern, a repair to plan for and ordinary maintenance—so the report becomes useful long after the walkthrough ends.

RESIDENTIAL HOME INSPECTIONS

A CLOSER LOOK
AT WHAT
MATTERS.

Buying, selling or caring for a home comes with important decisions. We examine visible, safely accessible systems and structural components—from the roof and exterior to electrical, plumbing and HVAC—and explain what we observe without unnecessary alarm.

You get perspective on the condition of the home, a chance to ask questions and a clear digital record to take with you.

NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS

NEW DOESN'T
MEAN PERFECT.

New homes deserve an independent set of eyes, too. Vaultix offers inspections while framing and rough-ins are still visible and again before closing, when finished systems can be evaluated. We document observations clearly so you know what to discuss with your builder.

FROM THE FRAME
TO THE FINAL WALKTHROUGH.

A pre-drywall inspection takes advantage of exposed framing, wiring, plumbing and duct connections. A final inspection looks at the completed home—windows, doors, insulation, appliances and active systems—before the builder walkthrough. An 11-month warranty inspection is a separate opportunity after you have lived in the home.

WHAT WE INSPECT

THE DETAILS THAT
CHANGE THE BIG PICTURE.

A general home inspection is a visual, non-invasive look at readily accessible components. We assess condition and function where we can observe them, note limitations and recommend further evaluation when a qualified specialist is needed.

THE RIGHT TEST
FOR THE RIGHT QUESTION.

Specialized testing and sampling are separate services. Ask us what fits your property and timing; lab and monitoring results follow their own schedules.

THE REPORT

WHAT WE FIND.
WHAT IT MEANS.
WHAT COMES NEXT.

The inspection doesn't end when we leave the property. Vaultix organizes the observations into an interactive digital report designed to be read, revisited and shared with the people helping you decide.

High-resolution photographs and video add context to written findings. Prioritized categories help distinguish significant concerns from repairs and maintenance, while clear explanations make it easier to decide which questions to ask next. Standard inspection reports are delivered within 24 hours of the on-site walkthrough.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE REPORT

REAL PEOPLE.
REAL BUILDING
KNOWLEDGE.

Vaultix's roots bring together hands-on construction and pest-control experience. That perspective shapes a careful inspection and a straightforward conversation about what the findings mean for you.

Our inspectors document the property, walk clients through their observations and make space for questions—because a useful inspection is about understanding, not just identifying.
