Vaultix was founded by Kyler and Spenser, two professionals with a deep understanding of homes, construction, and pest control.
- Kyler has years of hands-on experience in home construction and inspections, learning firsthand how even new homes can have hidden issues. His passion for helping homeowners avoid costly surprises led him to become a licensed North Carolina home inspector.
- Spenser, owner of ProForce Pest Control in Charlotte, specializes in detecting termite damage and other structural risks. Together, they saw too many homes being sold with undetected termite activity and costly repairs—so they decided to take action.
By combining their expertise, they built Vaultix to be a one-stop shop for home inspections and termite clearance services, ensuring that buyers, sellers, and homeowners can make confident, informed decisions.
